Agnitron Technology Receives Order From UC Davis For Upgraded MOCVD System

Agnitron Technology announced today the receipt of purchase order for an upgraded MOCVD system at the University of California at Davis. As part of the delivery, Agnitron will provide a number of system upgrades and customizations including IMPERIUM-MOCVD™ Control Software and Automation and a low aspect ratio chamber swap which provides more economical growth by means of a smaller reactor volume.
