Agnitron Technology Receives Order From Nextreme Thermal Solutions For Customized MOCVD System

Agnitron Technology, Inc. announced today the receipt of purchase order from Nextreme Thermal Solutions (Durham, NC, USA) for a customized commercial-scale MOCVD system. As part of the order, Agnitron will provide a number of system upgrades and customizations including IMPERIUM-MOCVD™ Control Software and Automation.
“The opportunity to work with an innovative company like Nextreme is an exciting opportunity for us to showcase our unique MOCVD system upgrades on a large-scale production system,” said Ross Miller, Technology Development Manager for Agnitron. As part of the delivery Agnitron will provide engineering support for process transfer to this large-scale system and qualification once the tool is facilitized.
