Agnitron Technology Receives Order for Custom Modified MOCVD System

Agnitron has started the year with a purchase order from a European University for a modified Emcore D180 MOCVD system. This R&D scale platform has also been upgraded with state of the art controls and has panel improvements as well as Agnitron’s proprietary IMPERIUM-MOCVD™ Control Software and Automation. The reactor’s patented close coupled gas injector design provides improved gas consumption efficiency and high aluminum content AlGaN films.
